rvgdallas Cancellation and Policies

rvgdallas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any event at any time and for any reason.  

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests received within 24 hours  may be eligible to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations requests received after 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.  

Re-Schedule:

One half of all paid deposits will be credited towards a re-scheduled event for up to a month, if cancellation falls within the weather cancellation guidelines. Events that cannot be re-scheduled within a month will forfeit all paid funds. Replacement booking will be rain or shine. No refunds or credit will be given towards another event if replacement booking is cancelled.

Alcohol/drugs: Participant agrees to exercise ordinary and reasonable care and not to consume alcohol or any drugs.

Supervised Children:

rvgdallas doesn't require a parent to be present inside of the trailer but be aware that we are not responsible for your children. rvgdallas reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to our trailer, equipment or other, resulting from guests' careless or willful damages.

Food/Drinks:

rvgdallas does not allow any food or drinks inside our video game theater. 

Parking:

Client must provide a minimum of 50 feet of safe space to park.  Our game coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at any party or event nor park off of a hardened surface.

Pictures:

rvgdallas reserves the right to take pictures and post them on our social media.  If you wish for us no to take pictures please let us know in writing. 

Release and Indemnity: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADULT PARTICIPANTON BEHALF OF HIMSELF, CHILD PARTICIPANT, AND THEIRHEIRS, EXECUTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVESRELEASES, AGREES NOT TO SUE, AND SHALL INDEMNIFY rvgdallas,  PARTNERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS, ASSIGNS, VOLUNTEERS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, CAUSES OF ACTION, COSTS, FEES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COURT OR OTHER COSTS) (COLLECTIVELY, CLAIMS) RELATING TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING OUT OF OR ALLEGED TO HAVE ARISEN OUT OF (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) TO PARTICIPANT RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM (A) PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE PREMISES, (B) PARTICIPANT’SACTIVE OR PASSIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES,  LOSS OR THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY,  FROM THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AT THE PREMISES BY PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INVITEE OF rvgdallas, OR  PARTICIPANT’S BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT.  THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY THE CLAIM IS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF THE PROTECTED PARTIES OR PARTICIPANT.THE INDEMNITY SHALL ALSO INCLUDE ADULT PARTICIPANT’S OBLIGATION TO INDEMNIFY THE PROTECTED PARTIES FROM (Y) ANY SUM OR SETTLEMENT PAID TO OR ON BEHALF OF THE CHILD PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM A CLAIM IN ANY WAY INVOLVING THE FOREGOING SUBSECTIONS AND (Z) ALL CLAIMS RESULTING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY INSUFFICIENCY OF PARTICIPANT’S LEGAL CAPACITY OR AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT FOR OR ON BEHALF OF THE CHILD PARTICIPANT.

BY EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT, I REPRESENT I HAD A SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS AGREEMENT, I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
